Make sure you check out Isabella's, located really close to the venue, and try their food. Very accessible to Barcelona-El Prat airport, 15 km from the flat. We strongly recommend it😀

The location was great ... just 2 blocks from the Metro. Great value for money. In a quiet residental area. All we needed for our 3 day stay!

There is an unusual 'venting' system in bathroom which allows you to hear others talking ... funny really!!

I would strongly recomend to the staff there to learn English because the phrase "no comprento Igles" the second time someone hears it, stops to be funny. It's a serious problem we had in the hole city. If there was people who speek English in the reseption all day long you would have tweece as much guests...

Smelling wardrobe in bed room that we had to keep our cloths in our luggage. Poor electric fans that were noisy and not efficient.

Safe and peaceful neighborhood. Easy access to metro. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom is spacious enough.

Staff do not speak English. Dining area is a bit too small. No big supermarket around. The supermarket, which is two blocks way, is very expensive.

Our apartment was spacious and clean, and the neighborhood was very nice. The apartments were convenient to the Metro, and it was easy to get around Barcelona using public transportation. The staff do not speak much English, but were responsive to anything I asked for or about. It was a very good deal for the price, especially considering the time of year (July) and our experience elsewhere on our trip.

The web site indicated the apartments were air conditioned, which was a major reason why we selected this location - they were not air conditioned (the good news was it was not real hot even though it was late July). We slept comforably with the windows open and a fan; however, Granduxer is a pretty busy street, and there was quite a bit of noise throughout the day and the evening (both from the traffic and the restaurant below our window). There was a very nice restaurant downstairs in the building, but not much else we could find in the immediate neighborhood. We wanted to go to the downstairs restaurant but it was completely booked both nights we stayed at Apartmentos Granduxer (and it was noisy well past midnight).

It is very conveniently located close to the metro, stores and restaurants. The apartment was very spacious. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and she let us have the room even though we reached several hours before check in time.

There were no fans which forced you to leave the windows open. Our room faced the street and right below was a restaurant which stayed open until midnight. The noises from the street and restaurant made it very hard to get some sleep. The street was cleaned on Thursday early morning and dust filled the air. Installing fans would avoid these problems since windows can be closed. Or stay in this apartment when the weather is cooler.

We stayed at the hotel from 17/06 till 19/06 and location was fantastic! there is a metro station near the hotel and the street is very quiet.

The staff in the hotel doesn't speak English, there were no wifi.

The lady at the counter to check us in was very friendly. Even though we arrived in the mid morning, she allowed us into the room and looked into the necessary for the day. That was a really generous gesture to the tired guests.She does not speak English but her warmth was contagious. She will be the reason for going back! Bedsheets and pillows were clean. The apartment was cleaned on the third day of our stay ( 5 days' stay) The metro station - La Bononova ( l6) is really 200m away. There is also a supermarket (Consumer) round the corner by the main road which is well stocked with good food for family with children.

The rooms and beds are small even for Asians who are not of a big body frame. Not much space after you put your bags in the room. It was difficult to get rubbish bags and towels from the reception areas because the other staff were not very friendly or interessted to know/understand our requests. We had to stand there and insist before they give us what we were asking for. Be careful not to be mislead by the website statement of "500m away from Diagonal Avenue" and think that it is near town. It is 4km away from the main part of Diagonal Avenue. It takes about 20 minutes by switching lines to get to main town area.

Close to metro bonanova. Less than ten minutes to placa catalunya, top of rambla. Apartments very good, we stayed 2 nights with three children for £150. No kettle but that didn't matter, had everything else we needed. Check in was 4pm but we got in at 12.restaurant downstairs which we didn't use but was busy mid week. It's not a tourist area so don't expect uk newspapers or English speaking locals. Very good overall.
